Terms of Service
Effective date: September 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AggreGator, a software service operated by Steele Labs LLC.
By creating an account, subscribing to AggreGator, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
AggreGator helps businesses discover publicly available news, press releases, articles, and other online mentions related to companies selected by the customer.
AggreGator may use automated search, extraction, and artificial-intelligence systems to identify potentially relevant content and create suggested headlines, summaries, or teasers.
Customers may review, edit, approve, ignore, manually add, and publish items through the service.
AggreGator is not a news publisher and does not control third-party websites or publications.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
You may not use another person's account without authorization.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
AggreGator is offered as a recurring monthly subscription.
The current base subscription is $9.99 USD per month and includes one monitored company.
Additional monitored companies are currently $2.99 USD per month each.
Prices shown at checkout control if they differ from the amounts stated above.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the subscription and any additional monitored companies associated with your account.
Taxes may be added where required.
New accounts may receive one 7-day free trial for a single monitored company. A payment method is not required to start the trial. When the trial ends, the service and any installed widget stop unless you start a paid subscription. We may refuse a trial when the same email or website has already used one.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the AggreGator billing area or the Stripe Customer Portal made available through your account.
Cancellation stops future renewal.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, your service remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.
See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for additional information.
5. Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to AggreGator.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, modify, reproduce, and display that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service.
You represent that you have the rights or permissions necessary to submit and publish content through AggreGator.
6. Third-Party News and Sources
AggreGator may identify and link to articles, websites, press releases, Reddit posts, trade publications, and other content created by third parties.
Those materials belong to their respective owners.
AggreGator does not claim ownership of third-party source material.
Publication of a link or summary does not imply endorsement of the source or accuracy of its contents.
Customers are responsible for deciding whether a discovered item is appropriate for publication on their website.
7. AI-Generated Content
Some headlines, summaries, recommendations, classifications, or other content may be generated with artificial intelligence.
AI output can contain errors, omissions, or misleading statements.
You are responsible for reviewing content before approving or publishing it.
AggreGator does not guarantee that AI-generated material is accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
8. Discovery Coverage
AggreGator does not guarantee that it will find every article, mention, press release, discussion, or publication concerning a monitored company.
Search results depend on third-party sources, indexing, availability, technical limitations, and other factors outside our control.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use AggreGator to:
- violate applicable law;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- publish content you do not have authority to use;
- distribute malware or malicious code;
- interfere with or attempt to bypass security features;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse AggreGator except where applicable law expressly permits;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- use the service for fraudulent or deceptive activity; or
- place unreasonable or abusive load on the service.
10. Intellectual Property
AggreGator, aggregator.watch, its software, branding, interface, designs, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Steele Labs LLC.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its intellectual property to you.
11. Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We will make reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, presents a security or legal risk, fails to pay amounts due, or materially abuses the service.
You may stop using AggreGator at any time.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AggreGator is provided "as is" and "as available."
We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third-party source material, search results, AI-generated content, or discovered news.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steele Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AggreGator during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service evolves.
Material changes will become effective as required by applicable law.
Continued use of AggreGator after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
